I find it painful watching Michy I'd rather see Giroud play now Tammy is injured. Capable of another goal but link up and passing is awful.

Michu is a better back up to tammy than giroud.

Tend to agree that we need Giroud to start if Tammy out of Lille game. OG so experiened in European soccer and so much better at holding up the ball than Michy, as well as link up play. Shout out for Kepa, brilliant penalty save, and Kovacic, Kante and Willian shone again. Pulisic good poacher's goal and Dave has played his heart out in last two matches with a few great blocks thrown in.

Michy is only effective if the other team is grotesquely over matched in quality or have abandoned their defensive shape. There’s no argument between him and giroud in terms of quality but it’s looking like Olivier is gone in January which affects the situation.
