Havertz and Pope would be my next two signings. A left back and Rice if we can sell the ones we need to like Jorginho, Emerson, Bakayoko, Barkley, Batshuayi etc.
I think having Rice as CDM and someone like Pope in goal would solve a lot of issues. Both have good height for set pieces which is a nightmare for us. A lot of fans suggesting Onana he won't fix our set piece issue he's not very good at coming for the ball.

You say Onana is not very good at coming for the ball for set pieces and you have previously said his distribution is poor.
You will note that Onana plays for Ten Hag and not Sean Dyche. He plays for a possession based team that averages 60% possession and his distribution and passing is key for the Ajax team. Have a read of his passing accuracy and distribution before you say he can't distribute. Just to remind you Lampard likes possession based football and doesn't set his teams up like Sean Dyche.
As for set pieces, have a read on how dominant he is at crosses etc. Or watch a few of of his champions league matches. His had plenty of games in the past 3 years and make up your mind. Ajax don't get to the semi finals of the competition by fluke? Keeper is paramount.
I'm not sure what you have based your research on but clearly it doesn't add up and is derogatory for a fan who may not know Onana.
Don't get me wrong Pope is a decent goal keeper but he isn't scouted as one of the best. You will note Onana is right up there amongst the best GK's in the world and is rated very very high.
Whether or not Chelsea sign him isn't the point but I'd rather not make stuff up about him to make him look bad.

ed1 what's your thoughts on Andre Onana and Nick Pope. Who would you prefer in goals?
{Ed001's Note - it would have to be Onana, Pope's distribution is awful. I also think he is a bit Hollywood with his saves, making easy ones look great, which is always a bad sign. Against Liverpool the pundits were raving but I would have been disappointed in any keeper who didn't make the saves he did. None of them were difficult but he made them look like they were and it is something you see in him time and time again.
Also, he does not command his box that well, despite his size. He has a very well-organised backline ahead of him, but that is because of Dyche's tactics and coaching, rather than anything he does. Personally I thought Heaton, before his injuries, was a much better keeper. Pope can barely kick a ball. I would steer well clear of him unless you intend to play deep and defensive.}

Brilliant Ed. Given that Lampard likes possession based football, I would be shocked if Chelsea were to sign Pope. I've never been a fan of his distribution but I suppose certain styles of football would suit him. Thanks Ed1.

Wish you could pin messages on this site. Hopefully this puts this Pope rumour nonsense to bed. Shak and Ed001 spot on, unless we are going to revert to sitting back, soaking up pressure and give up possession in games, then Pope is all wrong for us. Like it or not, Frank wants his goalkeeper to play like an outfielder, and if you've seen Pope he is not that type of keeper.
We can all agree that Kepa's long term future at Chelsea is probably over, and it's going to be a real struggle to replace him unless we either throw money at it, take a big loss on Kepa, or the club finds a real gem like they did with Cech and Courtois.

If I had done so I would have said more about Onana, as I actually agree with you on his suitability to a role that requires him to be part of the possession. He wasn't particularly good initially, but he has learnt how to be comfortable on the ball over time under Ten Hag.}

There’s a video on YouTube with a lot of Onana’s blunders on the ball. Suggest you both watch it before thinking you know. At least Pope is solid.

Ed1 I can't say that I am surprised that he is a Youtuber expert. Some of his analysis pretty much were baffling and indicative of youtube influencing.
Youtube is such a bad tool to use to analyse a player. Im sure I can create a video and make Ashley Barnes look like prime Gabriel Batistutabif I wanted to. Likewise I could create a video to make Messi look horrendous 😄.
