To be honest I wouldn’t mind Dean Henderson, home grown, still young, good with his feet, deals with crosses and and excellent shot stopper.

Obviously Oblak would be the dream but Henderson will be a great option if we can’t get him. Don’t know how real the interest is though.

Henderson would be a very expensive gamble though. As a United player he'd cost a boatload of money, and he's only played 1 season at the highest level. He also played behind a very strong defense, and I'm not sure he's excellent at dealing with crosses.

More interested in Onana myself, who'd be cheaper and is proven in CL.

Oblak for me but I have this feeling it could be the Watford keeper and a play for time! If that makes sense.

I’d take Henderson if we couldn’t get Oblak. Ed001 do you think Henderson could step up and adjust to a more open defender?

{Ed001's Note - defo mate. I really rate Henderson, I think United should be looking to smooth him into their backline instead of de Gea.}

I would personally like Strakosha, however I can't see that happening from what Ed said.

I don't think Chelsea have ONana or Tagliafico near the top of their priority list (latter confirmed by ed) .

Ed001, issue with Utd is they can’t really have a 350k goal keeper on their bench and with C.V. I can’t see PSG or Juve going for him. If Henderson would take another season on loan then they could potentially integrate him 21/ 22 season with DDG leaving.
