Haha people moaning about Havertz’s lack of energy last night, seem to be forgetting that this boy is on the verge of joining one of the biggest clubs in the world and wouldn’t want to jeopardise his move. Surely people can understand that!

I have to agree 100% Adam.
Its clear the player wants Chelsea and his mind wasn't up to the task yesterday. He came across disinterested at times and his goal celebration reflected.
I'm wondering whether it is due to the fee not being agreed etc. His mind seems elsehwere 💙.

Also shows on this site the people who moaned about Havertz last night watched him for the first time whereas they’ve been wanting him on here for a good while since the links. Very contradictive posters on this site I’ve noticed 🤷ðŸ¼â€â™‚ï¸.

I think it’s perfectly reasonable to make the comment that his work rate in last nights game was poor.
That’s not a criticism of how he plays generally because there won’t be many people who have watched him over a season and that certainly applies to me but it is fair to say in last nights game he was strolling.

Since we were linked with Havertz, I have watched him in 4 or 5 games - I have to say from what I've seen, I just don't get it. Last night he was particularly poor but he hasn't been much better in the other games. Fingers crossed I'm wrong but at £75m I'd be expecting more.
Also, I still don't know what position he plays - winger? No 10? Certainly not box to box.

I think he is a No10 and that’s also the best position for RLC in my opinion but then Ruben has this ongoing back problem.
As soon as he signs for us he will automatically become the best player in the world as far as I’m concerned.
