Finally the Kai Havertz transfer is signed and sealed. I am really excited about this player because he has all the talent in the world and could be an absolute SUPERSTAR.

This transfer window in general has been a dream. I would not have ever dreamt us signing the below players in one single transfer window.

Timo Werner
Hakim Ziyech
Ben Chilwell
Thiago Silva
Kai Havertz
Malang Sarr
Xavier Mbuyamba

Marina has worked wonders again, she deserves so much credit for the player sales and transfers. She clearly is the best negotiater in the world and we should all be so grateful that she's at Chelsea. You don't need to look to far ahead to witness disaster classes at rival clubs.

Very optimistic about this season now. Come on Chelsea💙.

Too right mate, couldn’t believe it when I saw that Havertz isn’t even our record transfer after media reports of Leverkusen wanting £100m! She’s done an incredible job and I’m so happy with this summer. Best part about it is the rival fans are getting salty, which means they know they’re in for a challenge! And most of the signings won’t affect our academy players game time either, fully expect Mount, James, CHO and Tammy to get plenty of time this season still. Would love Ruben to make a spot his own too, big fan when he’s on form and fit.

I have to say that Marina is solid indeed; heard Malang Sarr could be headed to Bayer Leverkusen (on loan) for a fee of ~5m. She and her team deserves a lot of credit. Really loving every player she signed in this transfer window.
Don’t think she’s done for the season. Things will get better as players leave (on permanently or on loan) .

As a United fan I've got to hold my hands up and say I'm a bit jealous of who you've signed, how early in the window you've got them done and the value that you seem to be getting in the transfer market. I'm certainly a bit worried that you have improved your squad much more than we have so far.
I'm interested to know how you think you will line up next year, you seem to have a lot of great players who prefer to play centrally, do you think you'll play a narrower formation without wingers or will Ziyech play right wing and Pulisic/ Werner/ Odoi (if Pulisic) is not fit will play left wing?
Finally which of your signings do you think will do best this season?

I think for me I would start.
Kepa
Dave Tomori Silva Chilwell
Kante
Havertz Mount
Ziyech Pulisic
Werner

Bench: Caballero, Zouma, James, Kovacic, Loftus-Cheek, Hudson-Odoi, Abraham.

It’s a tough call in some areas, Zouma might get in but I really rate Tomori especially next to someone like Silva, should bring his game on no end. Kova was player of the season last year. James has the potential to be great player but I think Dave will be a bit stronger defensively behind Ziyech. Giroud also had a huge part to play last year but might not make the bench.

It will be interesting to see what happens with Rudiger, Christensen, Ampadu, Emerson, Alonso, Gilmour, Jorginho, Giroud and Batshuayi.

Scary thought is that there are whispers of Declan Rice and another keeper.

Exciting season ahead for sure, I think if you bought in Sancho and a top CB then the top four clubs won’t be too far apart.

MulamNO; It’s a difficult one but I think it will between Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner. ZIYECH.

One more person I forgot to mention in this post is Petr Cech. He was our best GK ever and has started his new role in the same vain.

I think the player most likely to have a, strong season from the get go is Werner and hopefully Silva.
Ziyech and Havertz might find it tough going in the PL and take time to adapt.
