Not good enough! To score 3 goals at home and not win the game is a shambles. We need Silva and Mendy back in the side ASAP. I don't know what was said at half time but the second half we were second best to everything and kept inviting pressure. Surprised Odoi didn't start as he didn't play any minutes during the international break and should have been fresh. Ziyech didn't look fully fit at all when he came on and to me didn't look ready to play any minutes.
On a plus note great to see Werner and Havertz on the score sheet and some all round positive play.
A win on Tuesday this match is forgotten!

100% agree with your post Whitey. I thought CHO should have started ahead of Mount.
As you say, let’s hope we can put this game behind us in what is going to be a very difficult game on Tuesday.

I don’t know what CHO needs to do to get a start Tom. Thought he played well against Palace. Even Ziyech who had a bandage around his knee came on before him. Must be so demoralising.
I think Lampard was too slow in making a change today and even watching it from the tele you could see Southampton had the upper hand for the whole of the second half.

I’m with you Whitey. The CHO no show is for me becoming very annoying but I don’t know what’s going on in training.
