Another park the bus performance

So annoyed by the 2nd half man.
Why would you Park the bus at home to Southampton to defend a 2-1 and then a 3-2 lead. We have so much creativity out there on the pitch and yet we park the bus. we should have went for Southampton and pushed them back rather than letting them get ahead of steam.
I'm not going to keep blaming the individual mistakes every week for the dropped points because as a manager you have to sort this crap out. Its been in show for over year now.
So annoyed and frustrated man.

Your frustration is justified Shak.
The constant individual mistakes are just ridiculous. Along with a lack of concentration and in the second half intensity.

Exactly Tom. I've blamed all our defenders repeatedly since last year and I find myself still doing it. Eventually you have to point the finger at manager and ask why it keeps happening? It doesn't happen this frequently anywhere else.

My guess is Lamps is just as frustrated as us Shak but that cuts no ice when you are the manager.
He has to find solutions.
