Nice to keep a clean sheet against an exellent, well organised side. Mendy and Silva make a big difference and in Chilwell and James we now have two potential championship winning full backs. All good. Zouma is ok at best, I would like to see Tomorri given a chance and in Marc Guere and Malang Sarr there are players gaining experience elsewhere so just 1 world class centre back needed. Young Billy G is such a huge talent that when back from injury I'm hoping he slots into the Jorginho role alongside Kante. Might need 1 more to offer competition beyond Kovacic, Jorginho and Ampadu when he returns. The front 4 look fantastic, Pulisic, CHO, Ziech, Mount, Werner, Havertz, Tammy and Giroud all competing for 4 places. Exciting and who knows, Barklay might even force his way back in next season not to mention Ruben, Anjorin and Broja. All good.
The priority signing for me must be a world class centre half.

G8, I think the majority of fans/ posters see what is going at the club as a “project†and are excited by the prospect of further long period of success.
I’m also with you, on wanting a top central defender but for me he also has to be a vocal leader.
Ampadu could well end up being that sort of player. Let’s hope he can prove himself at Sheffield Utd. He looks a talent along with so many of our young players.

Promising times ahead indeed, truly a proper DM and CB would very well complete the puzzle like you said. Although, i get the feeling that a few of those players would leave permanently.
