I am loving Chelsea today, this is how football should be played: if you're not scoring, contain the opponent or make things difficult for them, i have to say this is good game management indeed. This is meaning of a team playing around their weakness- ATTACK IN BLOCK, DEFEND IN BLOCK.
Good performance by Mendy, Silva and the defence.
Again, we have to be smarter in our transition from defence to attack, counter attacking football has to be a necessity.
Werner should work on his runs- not the speed of his runs but the timing and intelligence of his runs.
Clearly there’s an improvement in the team.

Agree mostly, you not conceded that after 60 odd games were now trying to find a balance of attacking or defending? It’s like we’re starting over again, like it’s a choice. And we have been scoring.

Yes, you are very right by saying that it like we are starting all over again. I think it’s better to start all over again than continuing on uncertain path, although, I call it: PLAYING AROUND OUR WEAKNESSES.
I feel we can win a game 1-nil without conceding, which for me is an improvement. We can also afford to be expansive against weaker opponents and protect our lead.
