The matches where we dominate possession but fail to score are too numerous to mention. Surely it's no coincidence in that we take so long to build an attack, the opposition has all the time in the world to organise their defence. I wish we'd speed things up, even if it means lumping the ball forward every now and then.

Agree0 Disagree0

The problem is, we all saw spurs v Man City, how quick Tottenham went from defending to attacking. Kane / son especially, if we’d of committed more and been caught, myself especially would of been angry as it Was clearly there plan. V lesser teams I’d agree. The other thing is Tammy missed how many chances, could of been a lot different,

I think we did speed things up on the second half against a spurs side who parked the bus and hadvseberal good chances to win the game. We were too slow in first half though.

I agree on what's been said. Did we play as brilliant offensively as we know we can? Nope. Could we risk sending Reece and Chilwell up the flanks all game like we sometimes see them do? Not at all.
We played some decent football against a very compact side, and I'd say we would've scored a goal on another, more lucky day - after all, Tammy did get quite a few decent chances, and Mount might have made his pass to Werner a second earlier, ect. - all in all, not something to be too concerned about. You can't go out every single game and play like Barcelona i 2009, sometimes you have to accept a draw and hope that you can beat the other team in the long run.
Yesterday was one of those days, and let's just hope that we manage to win more games for the remainder of the season than they do :)

My take is that we are going see many of this until Frank fully learn enough as a coach. I mean another experienced coach could won the game with timely changes once he noticed some of the players are not having their best day. Abraham should not have played on in the second half and even Werner. Giroud would have won us the game even if it was just second half. Wonder what Giroud has to do to play which makes one echo nepotism from Frank. Would Giroud be on the bench were he an English international especially after his last season heroics?
That draw felt a loss to me to be honest. I'm not saying Frank out but I get frustrated when we miss opportunities like this to unnecessary and petty sentiments.

Our attack is still taking shape, be patient Dempsey.
