We need to give FL more time.
We are in a bad position and we need to change things up a bit and show that we want to win every game.
I think January will be better for us and we will get through this rough patch and find our form.
Must do in my opinion in January:
- Add Rice however we can
- Move Jorginho, Christensen and a few others
- Change to 4231.

• Keep spending is not the answer we’ve got a good squad here and he’s not getting the best out of them.
• nobody would take Christensen or Jorginho except only for peanuts or silly loans with options to buy when they never actually buy them.

I just can't see West Ham sanctioning the transfer. It would have been nice to have Rice cause I know Lampard was a huge advocate. Maybe, he would have allowed us to play 4231 which is my ideal setup. I think the fate of Frank will decide whether we sign Rice or not? What do you reckon?

Right now our DM position is our main source of problems. No physicality or creativeness what so ever in there. So for me adding Rice is not about spending even more, it's about finishing what we started in summer and shape our team to play better. I know it's hard, but I believe it's doable.
If anyone has any questions about the importance of a good DM, just look at Wolves and Everton. Wolves with many key players out and playing an aging Moutinho alongside Neves in a 4231 still gets the job done and plays a more fluid more beautiful game compared to us. I know some of it is on Frank but a proper DM is surely needed.

Kante is more utilised as a box to box midfielder who breaks up play everywhere on the pitch. I think Kante can play as a holding midfielder. In the other hand, Rice is a great sitter. Very disciplined.
