Id rather have a merry go around with managers if it means we are winning tropies mate. Also, I'd trust a process when I see developments. This process has never taken off

There has been big developments. It's not going to be easy especially in this crazy season.
This is not the end project, this is not the end result.
If we had a decent DM and then we were poor, I'd say that the project is not good. But it's too soon right now.
