Stand by my point it's a mad season and tonight's result validates that even further. People need to relax and ride this out. Sacking Lamps would be a huge mistake. All teams have dropped an outrageous amount of points. Utd are top that days it all.

I wouldn't use Liverpool as the barometer. They have struggled especially with their injuries.
However Man Utd, City, Leicester, Spurs haven't had any major hiccups hence why we could be 12, 11, 9, 7 points behind them. I think the gap to the top 4 will decide Lamps fate imo.

Shak, My guess is that if Lamps doesn’t get at least 4tn spot he will be leaving.
I know it doesn’t look good but I think and hope we can return to form sooner rather than later.

You may be right Shak bit of course none of those sides have had to integrate nearly as many new signings as us, with no pre-season. Plus so. many of our players overall are young without great battle hardened experience of premier league.

Liverpool will come good and finish 2nd behind City. Utd 3rd. Hopefully us 4th.

And Shak, how do you manage to miss the point every time? The teams above us have lost City 2, Utd, Pool and Spurs 3, Leicester 5, West Ham and Everton 5 and us 6. With numerous draws for all teams including 5 for us. The season can swing again very easily in 5 games, as it has in the first half. Pretty sure we've had 7 different teams top, Us, Utd, Everton, Liverpool, Leicester, Sotton and City briefly. It's not the season to judge FL on. Yes of course I expect a top 4 finish he has the squad to do it and I think he will, if he's allowed to.

Doesnt seem likely Jimbo they have a deep squad now with great premier league experience and success and have understandably been among title favourites. We would have to get selections and formation right, get some wins to instill confidence, have some luck and hope they dont!

JBS true I agree with dadubliner City 1st Liverpool 2nd. The remaining CL places are going to be very tight. We could do it but tbh would have to favour Utd, Spurs and Leicester at the moment but things can change in a few games.

They did change in our favour last year Jimbo, so let’s hope it happens again.
I’m not sure why but I do think Spurs will drop away but I think Everton might come on strong.
Injuries could see the season change dramatically along with match congestion.

I think it's very hard to guess who will finish where. I'm not convinced by any team this season. Everyone is struggling and that's the reality of the surroundings coming into the league.
I truly believe that if we get a few good results our season can be saved. Top 4 is not far from us.
