Just watching the Southampton game at the moment. And the way they press, their link up play and speed of attacks is everything we're missing.
If Frank was to leave, my personal favourite to replace him would be Ralph Hasenhüttl. I know it took him a while to get Southampton going, but you can see he's now stamped his style of play on them.
I feel Hasenhüttl would also get the best out of players like Werner, if things aren't working he's not afraid to change things around. I'm not saying things would click instantly, but Hasenhüttl knows how he wants his team's playing. Something we just currently don't have under Frank.
Don't get me wrong I want Frank to succeed, but something has to change one way or the other soon. Form or management!

I agree Bobby and he plays 4-4-2 and would get the best out of Werner and Havertz. Apart from the 9-0 defeat at the beginning the improvement there has been massive and you’ve seen the yearly progression which is something that can’t be said under Frank unfortunately.
I also think he’d jump at the chance at coming here. Tuchel would also bring instant success but there’s something about Hassenhuttl which I like.

Imagine how good a man manager you need to be to raise there heads after a 9-0 spanking, hassenhuttl or Rogers.

Hasenhuttl is different class. His a top class manager.
