We stuffed Burnley 3-0 earlier in the season and if I remember correctly they didn't have a single shot on target.
Putting aside their last two results they are IMO, at best average.
If we don't stuff them I will be gutted but it's been a season of strange results.

Burnley are playing considerably better than they were earlier in the
season and are now a confident outfit.
We by comparison are in a fragile state confidence wise.
If we win I think it will be close and another draw wouldn't be a major surprise.

Good post ed Burnley are a good settled side and our young team will find it hard
Especially the physical side
Earlier in season they were no we're near the settled side thay are now might be a very tough game.

Trued Ed001 they had a poor start to this season for reason you give and now look much better but we also beat them 4-2 and 3-0 last season without our new signings so do you think Burnley have improved since last season when they also had sone good results of course?

I would expect Chelsea to beat them if this was 2 weeks into Tuchel's reign and the players have had time to train under him. This season is such a different one that I would not want to call the result of any game.}

It’s been a funny old season but Burnley would have had to improve beyond all recognition to give us a game IMO.
They create very little and we should boss the proceedings and win comfortably. Minimum 3-0.

Yes me to very good partnership remind me of bould and Adams and they never got a shout either together
Never understood that with England some great cbs partnerships over the years that never got picked for England

Think I said City would win the league with us finishing 2nd Utd 3rd and Liverpool 4th. Seems a long time ago but I think that's what I predicted.
I always dream of us winning the league at the start of every season. My guess is every football supporter dreams of that before a ball is kicked .
Today’s Newcastle win is another example of a strange season but as I say if we don’t stuff Burnley I will be gutted.
I also think we will stuff the spuds next week as well.

You are 100% correct I did post that in August as I do every season with my heart.
I thought I said in September that with my head ruling my heart that City would win the league, when I did in fact say City would be our biggest challengers with Liverpool in 3rd with Everton in 4th, Arsenal to finish 7th and the Spuds 12th. Nothing like how I remembered it.
My memory is obviously failing but I like to be accurate, if possible with my quotes or facts.
