Pusilic and Silva both out for this weekend. Havertz is available for selection and Tammy's injury looks to have improved enough for him to start training.

I couldn't see any of them playing against the saints anyway. Just hope they are available for the AM game.

What pulisic got wrong now? Hardly played under TT and injured again? As good as a player is / can be, when do you decide to cash in and have someone reliable?

I think it’s a slight muscle injury Matt.

It is frustrating but he can be such a talent for us going forward I think we should be patient.

It takes him time and run of games to get into form / he can’t stay for long enough for a run. Form hasn’t been good this season and I think it’s injuries that are a lot of the problem,

I think you are spot on Matt.

Maybe he will be in top form for the Champions League final and the Premiership run in.

Sorry Jimbo, I didn’t respond to your Ossie question. Yes we did but it wasn’t the best reunion.

One day when we haven’t got such a busy playing schedule, I will let you guys in on a very boring story about Ossie and to many drinks at York races.

I am also worried about Pulisic. There is no doubting his talent but as Matt said he needs a run of games to get into the groove. But he never seems to stay fit enough to build up his form. I hope this is just a run of bad luck because when he is on the top of his game he is a match winner.

Look forward to that Tom and I bet it was more than a few drinks. I saw Ossie when I was a kid when I first started going to Chelsea in the 70s. Apprarently when he first started at Chelsea in played in midfield and had a lot of pace and only converted to centre forward after he broke his leg when he was 19. Imagine that, Osgood with pace- how awesome.

I did see him as a kid and he came as a shock. The kid that we had never heard of, who just oozed class. He was quick, could see a pass, played with his head up, good in the air and strong.

Strangely, the broken leg may have been a blessing. We got “THE KING”.
