Rudi puts that in, 3 points. forget that though. what is more depressing is the never ending negativity on this site. we play fantastic against Juve and hardly a mention, we play ok but not great today and endless outpourings of negative posts from the same one or two. I would like to know what the EDS think of our fanbase on this site compared to other clubs?
{Ed0666's Note - you’re fanbase on here is knowledgeable and lucid on the most part. I don’t have many issue with you guys. To be honest that goes for all the respective sites. There are a few rotten apples that we have to weed out on a daily basis but that comes with the territory I suppose.

I think it’s frustration at playing well and failing to capitalise. We were by far the better team, we were the only team who had the intentions to go for the win ( won’t complain because we’ve done that under many managers mostly v city ) and like I say, rudi scores and we get what we deserved snd weee in high spirits, I also think there’s a difference between honest opinions and negativity, for example, hudson adoi should of scored or squared to werner and his end product or decision making needs to improve, that’s not negative comment imo, our forwards and midfielders need to chip in with more goals rather than our defenders, not a negative comment, jorginho with huge mistake that at this level shouldn’t be happening, negative or true, though chalobah was fantastic, silva and rudiger comfortable apart from the odd counter attack from our corners. Jorginho was really good with that one mad moment.

Thanks ED, your input is appreciated. I really don't understand why people post negative when a result goes against us and yet don't post when results go well?
Maybe just human psyche.

G8, Rudiger didn’t put it in and it’s 1 point that’s football. I have been going to Chelsea for more years than I care to remember; the late 70s, 80s etc when we were rubbish and the ground was a tip: so I have been very happy over the last 20 years. I don’t agree that the posts are negative.
People are expressing their opinions and frustration which surely is the purpose of this site. The fans at the game today were far more critical. The facts are we have dropped 4 points from two successive home games which we should have won: I am disappointed, that’s all. I’m sure Liverpool and City will drop points along the way and it’s still all to play for.

Matt, I agree about our midfield there are no goals there and won’t be: at least our defenders and wing backs are filling the gap. We need a fit Lukaku to start banging them in.

Agree with Jimbo. It’s a forum where we share our take on the club we support. I don’t see any negative posts tbh just fans discussing which is totally okay. No ones is throwing fits or insulting players or the manager just purely giving their two cents on a game we can all agree was there for the taking especially against a club that we consider rivals who are struggling.
You can’t win them all, we go again, hopefully we turn it around on Wednesday.

Yes ELI, personal insults toward players and the manager seem to be a thing of past, at the moment.
