Yep, I am the jinx.
Congratulations Brentford on a well deserved win.
Just got home from the bridge and like most fans I'm not happy and my assessment is as follows:-
TT, tactics and team selection totally wrong and was shocked when he didn't go to a back three at half time after a first half performance that was at best passive.
Also picking Alonso and Werner on the left hand together is as about as threatening as custard.
Mendy, very poor distribution again.
Alonso, has never been and will never be a FB. He is an awful defender.
Dave, average at best.
Silva, his worst game in a Chelsea shirt by some distance.
Rudiger, fantastic strike and his effort may well sway some to make him MOM today but his defending was average.
RLC, started very poorly got better as the game went on but was generally average.
Kante, way off the pace.
Ziyech, average and very lightweight performance.
Mount, very ineffective.
Werner, awful and I dread to think what his stats would look like.
Havertz, missed some chances but was by far our best player.

I agree JBS. The league looks unimportant at this point. We will be 3rd or 4th and have CL football next season.

Maybe lads but the sooner we can secure that top four place the better and that’s a game we should be winning.
Very poor shape and team selection from TT was in my opinion a major reason along with the international break for that performance but credit to Brentford who have now been the better team in both league games this season.

The league unimportant, Asch?! There's still a real chance of falling out of the top 4, which could very well see us without CL football next season.
If they keep playing like yesterday then not only Arsenal but also Spurs will get ahead of us. They have to get their act together. And fast.

Our run in is easier than last season Jackson and the teams below us are not that close, bar Arsenal.
I am confident that we will secure CL football, hence the league not being that important. Of course, we still have to take care of our business but I don't think we are going to have a major problem.

Obinna, I would prefer not be critical but when performances justify it I am critical.
I also try not to let a few poor performances over a season cloud my judgement of a player or manager but I do admit to having biases for and against certain players.
I always say being critical is fine but just try not to make that criticism personal.
