Matt, he is definitely not ready for first team squad another loan. If we are going to close the gap we need a 25 goal a season striker; no idea where to find one.

I’ve thought for a while that a loan to Brighton would be excellent for him. They play in a ball dominant system similar to us and he’d be forced to work on his touch and movement. Southampton has proven a successful loan but most of his positive play has come from balls into the channel and behind the defense which is something he wouldn’t find much of here.
