Hey Matt, Chelsea were aware of Kounde's injury as it dates back BUT a few months. Its claimed to be a 'minor' injury and his due back in training in a few weeks.

It could be that Spurs have signed a good player with off field problems. Otherwise he looks a good buy to me!
