Rumours abound about letting Casadei go. The few times he's come on for the firat team he looks comfortable on the ball and well able to neat his man. What do fellow posters think about letting him go?

Dempsey, you are correct he did look ok in his late season cameo appearances.
The manager knows a lot about the lad but it will be interesting to see if we let him go.

I like him. strong can dribble and is pretty good in the air.

I liked what I saw from his cameos the last few months. It’s quite tough, I’d like to see him integrated and given he played a lot under Maresca one would hope he would get some decent minutes. If not though a loan makes sense, not sure we should be selling so soon after buying him.

Also he looked good and confident when came on sometimes in difficult situations. his control and passing in tight positions impressive plus quite strong physically and in the air.

We have too many players so sales are needed. I only hope we can Recoup the fee we spent on him.

Standard, I imagine we would get more than the 10-13m we bought him for, but I believe he would only be leaving on loan regardless.
