With Omorodion coming, what do you think we should do with Guiu?
I think it's best to keep him and use Jackson as a winger.

Ashk, good question I would keep him in the squad but a lot would depend on if we sign Osimhen. For me that seems unlikely.

In doubt that we will sign Osimhen, I don’t think he wants to come here and if that’s the case, I don’t want him. Ormorodin and Guiu are not ready for the PL nor or they the answer to our striker issue. As I have said, our recruitment so far is concerning, there doesn’t seem to be any focus on the upcoming season. I hope my fears are ill-founded and that Maresca is our coach for a few seasons but if things go pear-shaped again the finger needs to be pointed at the SDs.

It’s only pre season games but I’ve been impressed with Guiu. I know nothing about Ormorodin but I’m pretty sure I remember there were other top clubs who declared an interest in signing him.
I guess questions would have to be asked if this turns out to be another poor management appointment but i've now convinced myself he will work out fine.

Loan him, hope he plays well enough to sell him for a tidy profit. I don't think I can remember a more obvious buy-to-loan-to-sell candidate since, well, Casadei.
