In fairness he was talking about Wolverhampton the city and not the Wolves team.
Wolvo is pretty grim these days and he’s right to point that out.
We should give you a good game today but our owners are a joke asset stripping and taking fans for granted means we haven’t sold out for what they are calling a category A game and put prices up.

Wolves, blimey mate that doesn’t sound good.
I think all our how games are sold out and to be fair to our recent owners we have only had two increases in ticket prices in about twenty years.
I think we have raised about £1.5bn in the least ten years from player sales and if I remember correctly that’s about twice as much as any other premiership team.
We are going through a painful phase of change and I personally can’t see us getting anything at your place today but I very much hope I am wrong.

Tom I think you are referring to season ticket prices? In terms of non season ticket holdering club members a ticket in Westview has gone up from £70 top price under previous owners to £150 [eg Ipswich home game Wolves one is £180] for lowest grade home games to £300 for grade A ie the City game under the new owners!
Point being also that there seems to be far fewer tickets available at lower prices in other stands when tickets go. on sale to. members so Westview usually the only option now for us lot for league games.

JBS, I was talking season tickets. I have to be honest and say I’m oblivious to other prices.
So pleased to be wrong about the result.

JBS, I know I keep saying it but try and keep a close eye on the clubs resale site.
I will be away recovering from some more treatment for a while so I put my two tickets for the Palace game on the site. I got confirmation of the sale within ten mins.
