There's a style and confidence growing within the squad, you can see sancho would be better shading deeper block teams where as Neto in more open games, nkunku the same, I think at right back we will have issues, I understand fofana there today but I really think we need to plan for the future and get acheampong amongst first team squad, minutes under his belt, barrow being ideal, then the only other concern is the DM, lavia is a miss.
I worry Moises is going towards the kante role, he covers a lot of ground and sometimes single handed, can't risk him missing games and getting this injuries that hampered N'golo.
Ahead for the next game, nkunku, misha, Felix, acheampong, chilwell, jorgenson, BB, Disasi, KDH, George hopefully all get a start / appearance.

Do you mean they should all get a start in next Carabao game or Confernce league one? Surely not the next game at home to Brighton when Maresca will need to pick a first XI?
Thought Acheampong and George both looked rather nervous and not at best v Barrow in front of the home crowd with George rushing his shot when should have scored and neither making much of an impact. but yes the only way forward for them is addoitional game time as for those short of game time in EPL and esp. recovering from injury or just reintegrated like Carney C - who apart from shooting well wide wjen ball bobbled had a really positive and impressive cameo last night imho - and Chilly. Misha also pretty good last night with some beautifilly weighted and sometimes inventive passes. Felix chip pass for Nkunku openiner sublime. KDH hard working but perhaps still nervous when in shooting position and made a bit of a mess of several shots. Disasi quite physically effective not least in opponents box but one still worries about his defending against elite opposition.
Would like to see way/ s in which Nkunku could play with Jackson in some games or when we need goals. They offer different things, Jackson greater pace and all round physicality but Nkunku still probably the more composed finisher though Jackson took his goals with enormous composure v West Ham. To have both upfront as in in pre-season under Poch last year reaped rewards. But Maresca has tough if not unenviable pne of having so many attackers to pick from and keep happy.

As long as Gusto stays fit RB sorted Lavia is a big miss in quality terms but we have the numbers for every area of the pitch my biggest worry long term is keeper.
Need to score goals against the teams that sit think Nkunku and Felix will be good in those games. Most positive I have been in a long while am sure there will be bumps in the road but looking good.
