Caceido is actually phenomenal. Utterly superb player,

Agree0 Disagree0

Moises Was Chelsea's MOM today, Neto and Cucu also good

Thought we played fine today against a good side thought Arsenal shaded it

The keeper is a worry at fault for the goal and this needs sorting ASAP.

He is.

The goalkeeper on the other hand if terrible.

Yep, absolutely. Caicedo is a Rolls Royce of a player. Neto showing the way to the other technical players of your duties without the ball. Looks like a really good signing. Cucurella who I have hammered on here was also terrific, he has went up a notch since the Euros. Arsenal were more measured in possession with everyone able to play quick combinations without even looking. Mind you trying to play through Sanchez to get things going is to say the least pushing your luck. He needs to go. Both the back post headers in the first half should have been buried, but a great equaliser.

I was definitely referring to Moises as magnificent as was Cucurella again but think I might just give MoM to Neto not just for his goal but all round goal threat he gave throughout the game plus some good defensive work too.

Though Gusto better today than in some recent games but has yet to regain attacking edge of last season. LC and Fofana generally did pretty well too.

Jackson worked his socks 9ff and clearly worried the Arsenal defense. Mudueke a bit better today but and Palmer had some v good moments but also some wasteful ones. I still remain a little underwhelmed by Lavia' s contribution overall . and virtually his first touch today was giving the ball away . but in general he didn't make as many mistakes and occasionally played some neat passes.

Sanchez also underwhelms but he did pull off one vital save near the end albeit with his shoulder!

Overall a pretty decent team performance though again we didn't create enough that really tested their keeper. Arsenal must have had more good chances missed I think and almost won it at the end. We got a draw at home against them last season after being 2-0 up so today felt better on as much as we hit back soon after their goal.

Totally agree about Caicedo and Curcurella, both superb players and brilliant finds by the club. Neto was also fantastic and now deserves to start on that right hand side where he is more effective. Another great signing. I also think Enzo F deserves a shout coming off the bench with another assist. That is 4 assists for him this week.
Also in keeping with the above comments we do need a new keeper to take us to that next level.

West side, we definitely need a a top class keeper. I regard us as a team in transition, with two or three top signings we could make a big splash next season. Personally, I think City, Arsenal and Liverpool are not much to shout about; none of them will get close to winning the Champions League.

I agree Jimbo, a top keeper has to be the priority.

Yeah Caceido is a baller. Like others have said end up walking away quite happy with a draw especially being 1 nil down and a draw was probably a fair result.

Think everyone played pretty well and I know Sanchez has to be questioned for the goal but other than that I thought he did okay.

Weve had a rotten run of games recently and still up there sitting third in the prem which Im pretty buzzin about.

It’s a shame we now have an international break.

I’m reasonably happy with our early season performances.

The criticism of Sanchez is in my opinion valid but some other players didn’t cover themselves in glory in the lead up to there goal.

Caicedo is looking like a dominant force in midfield but his task is made easier when a player like Lavia gives such a disciplined performance as a DM.

I would also like to say that our manager is impressing me. Not just tactically but also the way he handles the media and importantly how he seems to value the Chelsea supporters.

Tom Lavia was disciplined in terms of positioning but doesn't offer much else yet at least. Hope he will in time and he mat possibly be still struggling a bit cos of injury? He is not yer the player who so impressed at Southampton nor as yet acreal Rolls Royce as holding midfielder but do take the point that latter the role he was likely asked to perform yesterday.

JBS, I think that’s because we are asking him to sit as a DM and that wasn’t the case when he was at Southampton. Lavia hardly moving outside of the centre circle gives Caicedo more freedom.
