Merry Christmas to all, Been a great year to be a chelsea fan and after a hard couple of seasons its a breath of fresh air looking at what Maresca is doing long may it last,
Just a quick note I hope everyone on this site raises a glass tonight/ tomorow in memory of Ed.02 so much he gave to the website to keep us entertained and in the loop may you rest in peace sir, and alsp I hope our loyal poster Tom B continues to strive towards good health.

Poch, that’s a very kind thought. For the as on half of this year I have been on a new treatment that seems to have stopped my condition getting any worse. So, I’m looking forward to 2025 with new hope.

Yes well said Poch. A glass will indeed be raised in my home to the incomparable Ed02 as well as all the other wonderful Eds still in harness, who knew Ed02 and talked so well about him on that moving tribute podcast.
It's very good new from you Tom and hopefully this means you will be raising many more glasses for a wide range of reasons in 2025 including CFC at least making Champion's League.

JBS, thanks for your thoughts and yes I will be raising a glass to lots of old friends including Ed002 this Christmas.
As Chelsea fans with have had a turbulent few years but the club is beginning to look settled and we seem to moving in the right direction under the stewardship of our new owners.
I am also a Christian and I will be celebrating the birth of a very important person in my life about 2024 years ago. I hope people of all faiths have a great Christmas holiday and let’s hope that we can all live in harmony in years to come.

Very nice sentiments from you all. Ed002 will be sadly missed especially in the January window when I used to look forward to his responses to posters about spurious transfer rumours. I think 2025 will be a good year for our beloved Chelsea as I hope it will be for all of you.
