Probably Chilwell, I like Maresca but there a couple of things as a fan I see differently the keeper for one and the treatment of Chilwell being another think he has things to offer unless the injuries have affected him hard to tell as we never see him.

Maresca is going to be a waste of time. Inverted fullbacks leak to many goals. It’s never going to work. Thai season we won’t get top 4. He’ll manage next year and got rid of a load of players a decent manager would use. Hell strip our squad then get the sack. And we’ll be back at square one with the American owners.

BlUEBOY, I’m not a massive fan of the so called inverted FB tactic for the reasons I have given several times before. I will wait until the end of the season before making my judgement but as things stand today I will stick with my pre season prediction of 3rd-5th as our finishing league position.

Tom, I am sure EM didn’t need much persuasion to take the job. If it is true that CL is next season’s target that is a terrible lack of ambition: we used to take the pi** out of Arsenal for that attitude.

Jimbo, that’s a reasonable point but my personal assessment was it would take time, particularly when it became clear that our new owners were in a rush for complete change.
