Jimbo, I have not received any update from the club about the resale of my season ticket to an overseas supporter from CFC. I have been sent articles referencing the TB directorship of a ticketing agency company from fellow season ticket holders.

Tom, no communication from the club, that's something us fans can relate to with all aspects of the organisation not just your ticket enquiry.
That being said, it really saddens me to see how far the club and fans are from each other.

There is an article on caught offside suggesting that TB owns a site that sells tickets way above their face value.

Yes Bill and this story being taken up by mainstream press.
What with Westview tickets going for 300 to 400 on official site us fans feel forcibly didtanced literally from getting to as many games as we used to given how few available in more affordable stands. RA era top price was 70 pounds in Westview near the end.

Bill, on the particular subject of my season ticket being resold on Viagogo for £350 the club have been corresponding with me, so I have no complaints on that score.
My post to Jimbo because he asks to be kept in touch with the outcome and I was just letting him know about the TB directorship of a ticketing agency, that age is probably the same as the one you have mentioned appearing in an article.
I’m trying to work out in my head why a director would have sporting clubs would feel it appropriate to be a director of a scalping agency. Before I make my judgment I will wait to find out the facts.

Tom, the facts are out there. Boehly is the co-owner of Vivid Seats anAmerican site which allows users outside the UK to buy and sell tickets for events including PL games. What people want to make of it is up to them.

A quick browse on their website for the upcoming Southampton game and it's pretty grim viewing. There are tickets available for purchase in literally every part of the ground.
If ST holders are choosing to sell their tickets on there as opposed to the exchange, or if members are buying tickets from the exchange and then re-selling, there should be consequences. If the club are moving tickets from the exchange directly to this website, well, that is an entirely different, massive problem.

Bill, I will do but so far they have just said appropriate action has been taken. I have asked for details of that “action. ”.

RBD, unless a ST holder was prepared to lose sight of his actual season ticket card I can’t see how he could go directly to a scalping agency.
This morning I have sent yet another email seeking assurances from CFC that the club is not knowingly using third party agents.
I am incredibly tenacious and I will not stop until I get a satisfactory answer.
