I see that Fofana has had surgery for hamstring injury: out for the rest of the season: he has made 29 appearances since he joined.

Could be worse. Lavia has played 14 times in 20 months. He has also not completed a full 90 minutes in near 2 years.
Insane.

This is really a problem for us, Fifana, Lavia and Reece are too players but unfortunately are hardly fit to play for us meaning 3 of our first 11 are mostly missing.

Problems are meant to be solved and if not solved then managed.
From the outside the majority of our injuries this season seem to be muscular. It was Ed001 who pointed out that Slot has introduced yoga to the scouser training program this season. Maybe that amongst other potential solutions need to be on the coaches/ medical teams agenda asap.

As much as I rate him and Lavia they both need to be moved on as they can’t be relied upon. Andrey and Essugo will be joining next season which will help Enzo and Caicedo massively.
As for Fofana I think we need 1 or maybe 2 quality centre backs. We have lots of Centre Backs but none are good enough. Disasi, Badiashile, Veiga. Jury is out on Colwill he needs to buck his idea up defensively. Tosin and Chalobah both very good squad depth.
