What a relief, I was really nervous about today. Income from Champions League, leverage for sponsorship and incoming transfers. We are where we should be be. I will imbibe some alcohol tonight.

Very professional and gritty performance from such a young team.
On a side note, Cucurella and Colwill have developed a very good understanding on the left side of our defence.
I expect our transfer business to progress quickly before the CWC now. We all know what we need, the whole world knows what we need, the sporting directors need to get this summer right and next year - who knows!

Your JD well deserved Tom and congratulations for sticking to your guns throughout the season predicting we'd finish between 3rd and 5th. I had though 5th to 9th at beginning of season though btowards end would have had 7th as lowest of course.

J, absolutely. We need top signings in three positions; no kids, we’ve got Willian and Santos joining the squad; no more wingers please unless we dump 3 and the target is top class.
