I recently mentioned that I have renewed my season ticket and I also mentioned that I was not happy with the "actual" percentage price increase for certain areas of the ground and for certain concessions.
The FAB have replied to my questions and I am not happy with there explanation. The Chelsea website informed ST holders that there would be a general 4% increase is prices based on an average priced season ticket. Well my ticket is up by 14% ish and after talking to some fellow ST holders they have all experienced larger than indicated increases.
I'm not the sort of person to let things drop. So have passed on all my club correspondence relevant to this issue to the CST.
Strangely I might not have an issue with the actual increase but I do have an issue with the way it was presented.

No point in moaning about things unless you are prepared to at least try and do something about it.
I’m hoping that other fans are asking similar questions.

Ordinary membership meant to give you priority to puchsae tickets ahead of general public has doubled for 'priority 1' and gone up by 50% for 'priority 2' though am not sure how choosing between two affects percentage chance of acquiring a ticket.
I do realise that some of what club is doinmg here - in combo with digitilsation of tickets - is to try and cut down on massive purchasing by touts and gthus hopefully increasing members' chances of getting to the Bridge.
We will see as we will see what ticket prices we will be charged this season. Last season westview for cheapest league game was 150 pounds!

JBS, out of interest, do you know if the club released anymore home or away ST’s to members for this season?

Sorry Tom, no I don't know about any possible further release of home or away STs this season.

JBS, I only ask because I guess the greater the demand the higher the price.
