Tom. What happened! I’m in West Lower, got to gate 25 minutes earlier than usual but no queues or problems.

The app didn’t open for the majority of fans until 1.10pm. The queue was about 400m for the ticket office. So much for get there early.
I also got told by another ST holder that I can only transfer my ticket to a member.

Tom, that is very strange my app was available all day and everyone at my entrance and I think the West Lower got in without any hassle. Obviously, the club need to kick ass with the suppliers to ensure that this doesn’t happen again.

That’s even more annoying.
It was the longest queue I’ve ever seen at The Bridge.
Also, if it’s also true that I can only “give” my ticket to a member, then I’m not happy.

Tom, we and others feared chaos with the digital tickets. I got away with it today. I didn’t realise you can only give tickets to members. In the past I have forwarded tickets to friends.

I personally haven checked the transfer policy but I am going to ask for a card rather than this digital ticket.
