Got excited about Chelsea having interest in Werner as possible Giroud replacement. I'm sure we have other targets and other factors so hopefully nobody takes its as definite or anything but little bit of news on transfer front,

Given a choice Werner would be my choice as well and as mentioned for his ability to score goals both centrally and playing in a wider position as Anelka did for us.

Does excite me tbf, lighting fast, hard worker and presses well, hits the ball so well and is a really good age,
