It's been reported in Eurosport that Chelsea might not go after Rice after all and they plan to Sign Jude Bellingham from Dortmund in 2022.
Is there any truth in this report Ed002?

This always seemed a ridiculous story as Bellingham has only just moved to Dortmund.
