So. We are in the silly season of news/ media transfer rumour and speculation.
Is there any truth linking Chelsea to Rafael Leao?
Are we really interested in Milan Skriniar?
Is Thomas Tuchel taking the lead on the Chelsea transfer business?

C. There was an article in the Telegraph stating that Todd and the new owners were letting TT take the lead on the Chelsea transfer business. It was vague. But it suggested that the model for Chelsea, would be similar to the model at Citeh and Liverpool. Yeah, I am not convinced and I also do not entirely understand what it means. But they have to sell news.
