Is it true we are interested in signing Desire Doue from Rennes?

{Ed002's Note - Desire Doue (LW/RW/AM) The player is young and talented but rather moody and has decided to leave with him apparently desperate to move to PSG. Borussia Dortmund see him as a replacement for Jadon Sancho, and Manchester IUnited want him to replace Antony. Arsenal, Spurs and RBL have sent scouts with Arsenal declaring an interest. Last summer Chelsea considered him as an AM on the advice of an ex-player and they will look again. Bayer Leverkusen will look to him as a potential Florian Wirtz replacement if needs be - but that will not be until 2025. A wildcard would be PSG or perhaps Bayern Munich. Rennes will seek €75M for him which will end most interest.}
