Honestly can't see this being true. But I feel we have the squad depth to be competitive for two years anyway. My main concern would be points deductions.

I sincerely hope that is the case and we can have a settled squad for 2 years.
Also maybe it will stop clubs thinking they can buy/ loan players on their terms rather than ours.

Two year or two window? I suppose it could be worse, rather that that a point deduction.
The last time we had a transfer ban, it enabled us to develop all sorts of pure profit!
