Interesting to see that Munich did not change the deal to an obligation in order to secure Jackson, which makes me think they were never going to sign him permanently.
There are rumours that they are now after Lookman for a loan with an obligation. Probably, they know Italian clubs will not allow them to take the mickey out of them.

Bill, if it’s true and at the last minute the club demanded an obligation rather than an option is that a good thing or a bad thing?
I’m happy about Jackson returning to the club but then I didn’t want us to sell or loan him. I must admit I admit I’m confused about the Guiu situation.
