I think Gallagher, Baxter, Colwill, Maatsen and Sterling have a good chance of being in our first team squad for next season.

The likes of Ampadu and Gilmour may well go out on another loan. I might be doing Ampadu a disservice as I haven't kept up to date with how has performed out on loan this season.

Sorry, I should of also added that Im not sure about another loan for Broja. He had a hot spell but if I remember correctly he hasn’t got a fantastic goals/ game ratio but he is playing in a very average team.

Baxters stats have been good over the last few years.

Gallagher is a must first team player. What I've seen yesterday about Maatsen he is very promising player, Colwill as well.

Spot on Tom.

If we can clear out some of the fringe players, freshen it up with the returning loans and add a couple of quality players we’ll be in a good place again. I’m taking real quality, Rice or Tchouameni, Kounde etc.

It’s been a long old season, what with extra games, CV, Lukaku being a diva, contract issues and of course the sanctions…I’ll be glad to get these last few games out the way and go again next season.

I think Gallagher can perform the role that Mount and Kovacic do for the club and having those 3 for 2 positions makes me confident as well as having 5 subs next year in all games to keep things fresh.
I’d like to see maatsen integrated as long as we can move Alonso and Emerson.
Colwill for me absolutely should be integrated at the very least to learn from Thiago Silva and with our impending chasm at CB.
I know Tuchel rates sterling who was extremely highly thought of before running into injury issues. I honestly don’t know enough about his game to know how he would fit into our system though.
Broja has been impressive but his success is largely on running into space which isn’t something we experience often. I would LOVE to see him go to on loan to Brighton who play in a similar manner to us and need a striker.
Billy is really tough to place as he’s suited to a ball dominant team but those aren’t particularly common in bottom half of the league clubs and he gets exposed when operating as a defensive mid for a team that is under attack for the majority of the game. I would send him on loan to a better team in Germany whose league is more suited to his talents.

I would perhaps think of adding Tino Anjorin to the above lists. Has done very well at Huddersfield since recovering from his broken metatarsal.
