Ed002, who is the DOF target that recommended Lautaro? The only one I can think of is Caballero.

My guess would be that Cech would be promoted to that role or Shevchenko has just left his job as the head coach of Ukraine and he has done really well with them - maybe him.

Is Ballack still in the mix? His name has been floated for a long time, although if it is him I guess things may be on the back burner considering the terrible tragedy that his family just suffered.
