Leroy sane is only 26, I remember us having some interest, fast wide player who shoots from distance, had cold spell where he wasn't playing great, raphina option,? Or do we keep what we have with sterling and try for osimhem,

Also saw ( only gossip ) we're looking at umpecano from Bayern if we miss out on de ligt, which is crazy considering there probably looking at him replacing umpacano who's not been amazing size moving there? Kouilbaly amd kound best CB options for me,

Sane would be great, thought he was great for city and could be great for us, we miss having a direct winger, haven’t come close to replacing Hazard. Raphinha would’ve been nice but a huge risk for 60m. Sterling a great signing for me, his numbers speak for himself and he’s proven consistency over a long period of time! He’s only leaving because he wants guaranteed fine, not hectare he’s not wanted at City. Cb needs sorting but I’m excited for the new era.

Ed’s said too we had interest but huge wage demands, maybe go back for him, maybe he will lower demands, Barcelona would probably come in for him, lol.

Saim do you think any top coach would give a player guaranteed football.

I agree Saim, good post. Clearly a football person.

G8, anybody who agrees with you is” clearly a football person “ ( whatever that means) and by inference anyone who doesn’t isn’t. Really! You should set up your own website dedicated to your opinions.

Who knows Jimbo. Pep wanted him to stay though. I’d say it’s a huge risk for City letting him go considering Foden and Grealish haven’t shown consistent numbers like Sterling has his whole career.

I understand getting frustrated at the lack of defensive signings but if you’re going to moan at signing one of the best ever premier league wingers in his peak for 45m you’ll probably never be satisfied.

City are selling while he has value. If they offer him another contract his value at 31 / 32 won’t be near as high, Especially if his game time gets less and less, think he started 23 games this season. So the smart business is to cash in now while he has value as next season he could of gone for free, you think in all his time at city especially under pep he was guaranteed game time and that changed only this year. You have to laugh jimbo, g8 said other day it’s been a brilliant transfer window, we’ve yet to sign snugness and missed out on a few but it’s been brilliant lol I wonder if ake is leaving because he wants guarantees about playing time, been a sun since he got there, maybe he feels he should be starting every week.

Saim Sterling could be a good signing for the club if it’s true that he wants a new challenge and to move back to London. I can’t accept that he would be guaranteed playing time. I don’t think Pep considers it a risk letting him go. As for Ake reports differ. Some say they are delaying the sale until they get a replacement others say the want to sell to fund de Ligt. If we end up buying Ake to help City fund de Ligt it will demonstrate a lack of ambition and judgement.

Agree on Ake, I’m only happy with this signing if we also add a starting CB as well as him. Not sure how after all this time Kounde still hasn’t signed. Wish Barcelona would p*** off.

I have read that City might go in for Kounde if they flog us Ake…it just gets worse.

My guess is if Kounde goes anywhere other than the World Club Champions it will be Barcelona.
