Over paying, what would Benoît Badiashile cost, we still really need midfielder and striker, at this rate it'll be close to £300m and we won't even be favourites for the title, really like fofana but £80M +? I don't know,

Badiashile is left footed, I think he would be best suited for LCB rather than a RCB; however, Fofana is a right footed and better suited for RCB.

We won’t know if we are overpaying yet until we see how the new signings turn out but I’m optimistic they will turn out fine.

matt, I understand your view, but I would rather go for quality, Van diyk is a notable example of premium. the lad is great and very young, He's worthy of a British record in my view, moreso it's a crazy transfer. Miles better than than Miguere!

Matt, putting aside that buying Lukaku was in my opinion bonkers, our squad has needed upgrades for some time. Partly because of some other poor signings and partly because of below average cover for certain positions.

Any money spent was in my opinion overdue but what has surprised me is the purchase of young talent. I hope they all turn out to be sound investments.

The fans will in my opinion be spoilt in this window and I hope they don’t expect this level of spending in the future!

TomB, our signings have been great, couldn't ask for more! it's really looking massive as you predicted! I'd rather we buy another AM than a striker in other to accommodate broja for the season fully. Also to adequately replace werner, ziyech and odoi that might yet depart. We should wait for premium forward like nkunku, oshinme and sesso that are no longer available.
