Matt, TT giving a lot of mixed messages so far. Brighton having lost their two best players were well organised and had a structure in place to beat Man U. Brentford 2 nil down at Leicester at 60 minutes. Thomas Frank changes to a back 3 and they get a draw. Coaches who have a Plan B.

Great examples Jimbo. Feels like TT has no idea what to do with this squad.
Even Frank's Everton played better than us, with so many injuries and a weaker team.

Ashk, I’m sorry but Everton didn’t play better than us.

I’m not a fan of our present style of football but it was the first game of the season at a place wwe struggle at.

The plan B argument is valid and TT does look set in his ways but I hope he see the problems solved and play to what should be our strengths.

For me, we still have to sign one or two players to sort out what has been long term problems but the signings so far are all upgrades and long overdue.

I agree the signings so far have been good ones however we badly need a creative midfielder and a proven striker but only if you play to the strikers strengths otherwise its not worth the money.
The goalkeeping situation also needs addressing and I would give Kepa a proper chance to stake his claim, he did not let us down when he played just season.

We also need TT to have a plan B when things are not working.

Agree jimbo, there’s been reports / stories / rumours that the forwards at chelsea are fed Uk with style and how it’s impacting there game and attracting criticism.
