God we must get Pogba then. Calhanoglu and Kroos are both attacking midfielders, at least in my mind kroos is as well. We need a proper energetic, all around midfielder like Pogba and that's not a description of kroos.

We had option to sign Pogba for free and we didn't, only God knows what happen - and now we have to spend soo much on him, he is good though!

Guys, don't give to much hope on signing Pogba he'll be far too expensive and PSG, Real Madrid will have more chance to sign him.
Rakitic will probably sign with RM, he is a player they really need. Also RM will sell Khedi ra with serious possibility they also might sell DiMaria and Contrao if they sign Moreno.
Ed didn't mention Fabregas and there are serious rumours about his wish.to continue his career in London, since he left Arsenal leaving not really good relationship with Wenger and there's a strong rumour that JM wants to bring him to Chelsea. Another thing A.Madrid is asking 24m€ for Felipe Luis on the other hand asking price for Shaw is 30m€ I don't see any dilemma who will be Chelsea player-maybe both of them. PSG has to sell to buy and with CL restrictions they must have eight homegrown players, since Hazard is homegrown in France they'll do anything to sign him even if they have to give two playersdfor him.

So if everything you say comes true, we will have basically a brand new squad for next season? Would love for it to happen but I'm guessing 9/10 of these bids/interest won't happen. Costa I think is nailed on, but the others I'm not sure. We would need to ship out a lot of those players for decent money if we were to shell out on a new squad.

Seems like a deal for Koke has moved on but happy the club are possibly trying for Kroos.

{Ed002's Note - Not sure what day it is but effort came out of Spain this week, are regrouping and will be back on the road Sunday. The club is trying real hard to find out what is possible and what is not, trim off the surplus, and then will work the coming couple of moths to try to succeed in the transfer market. Very clean, very organised.}

{Ed002's Note - Try not to relate one thing to another. Football has moved on to see mobile players that can play across the "front line" or whatever it is called. Think of forwards perhaps. Would lining up with a forward line of Willian, Schurrle and Aubameyang be OK? Or Salah, Iturbe and Lavezzi, or Cerci, Hazard and Callejon? Or a two of Cavani and Costa with Cooke, Hudson, Hollins and Boyle behind them?}

Think you've missed the point in what I was saying. We are obviously not going to buy every player you've mentioned on the list. But the list is only players that have interested Chelsea. It doesn't mean that we are going to bid for them though does it? I mean how we will afford to sign the 2 strikers, midfielder, LB, RB, GK. Or is this me just missing the point?
