I once remember one of the eds saying Conte is tactically inept I agree his setup tonight and his subs were just bizarre he went 5 at back bringing on Christensen what for, kante coming on yes but Pedro as wingback joke exactly what happened at the Emirates.
I'm going to say it time for him to go I don't believe the players believe in this system anymore.

Conte isn't the problem, it's the players. We've seen it with countless managers we've had before, the players just stop playing.


Conte is the best thing that has happened to us and it would be foolish to want him to leave (although we all know he will undoubtedly leave at the end of the season unfortunately)

These are the same players that won us the league so easily last year. Their confidence is shot, Football is massively dependant on being confident in your own game. You also have to take into account the fact that we had much more rest time last season, with no European football. We’ve just come out the hardest stretch of the season with a thread bare squad. With the backup players not grasping their opportunity to plant a seed in Contes mind about starting. What more can he do? I don’t get it. thought he started with the strongest possible team last night minus the key players, he didn’t go 5 at the back at all. Our wing backs were mostly playing in Norwich’s half. The 3 centre backs as usual. Christensen came on for the tired Ampadu (fair enough the lads 17!) Pedro has played wing back before so no problem there. Kenedy was getting caught out of position many times, Batshuayi was crap again so needed taking off WAY before he was. No where near good enough for us.
If we had a confidence filled striker in either Batshuayi or Morata, we would have won that game fairly comfortably last night. But we don’t, so we struggled. We won, we’re still in the FA Cup so who cares. A win is a win!

Your blind my friend the tactics are crap morale is crap subs are crap changes defence every match, never changes formation, I'm no expert but I could set up a team to defend against them, goalie to centre back to wingback then back again a few times until hazard gets it then hope for best, if not pass it 73 times across face of there box until a second rate wing back can put a cross in to 1 man in the box against 6 defenders
They don't even look like they want to be together as a team
Happened last year took a massive dip in form when he had Barney with Costa same this year with luiz then he says he don't care if Eden isn't happy all great man management skills
So to summarise tactically inept, man management crap substitutions ffing bizarre and he's pissed off the board and IL throw in we ain't going to win anything this year
210 mins to beat norwich I don't think any other team in top six would have taken that long to score 1 goal against them

Costa wanted out of a very good side at an important time, think Conte worked wonders to keep him in check. Foolish on you if you think otherwise.
Luiz is a law upon himself.
We don’t have a big centre forward who can hold the ball up, so why would lump it long? Maybe you wouldn’t be a very good manager like you said you would be with this team 🤔. So that’s why we play it out from the back. Even stevie Wonder can see that!
This is what I don’t get about supporters, Eden is a very good player yes I agree, but far from consistent. Goes missing in far too many games for my liking. Why should a manager have to make everyone feel happy? I don’t get it. Too much player power and always has been at the club. Something AVB tries to stamp out, but ultimately got the boot for it!
And to say AC is tactically inept is something else, made the change last year and we won 13 on the bounce. Looking defensively sound with 6 clean sheets in 7 games. So I don’t get your point about making changes to the back 3. Can only change formation if you have the players to go with it. surely a top class manager like yourself should know that 🙄.
And he’s pissed off the board? Do you not think it’s the other way around? He’s asked for certain players and not for them. Wouldn’t you be a little pissed? He is just a cog in the transfer machine! You would have thought after winning the league last year when everyone wrote us off, that he would have been backed to sign the players HE wanted. Not what the others wanted.

Ok I’ll be a brave man lol. We can beat them at Their ground. We took them apart in the league and if Morata had taken his chances, we would have won convincingly. So yes I think we can win. And in a final. anything can happen.

CFCAdam. I don't know why your wasting your time in trying to defend Antonio Conte. To many of us fans he is the best thing that's happened to the club in a long time. One visit to the bridge and when you hear the 'Antonio' chants the question is answered, he is appreciated very much by the majority, if not all. I find it laughable that some fans can question Conte. His tactics work perfectly, our finishing has been Dreadful. I have been critical of late but not towards Conte but towards our finishing. I am glad Conte has come out with stern words today about our finishing. If that improves then goals flow.

Also don't forget Conte won the league last year. We scored the 2nd most goals last year, spurs only pipped us in their last game where they scored a ridiculous amount. As for spurs drawing that isn't a Conte problem. As a Chelsea fan you should say we won the league fair and square and not because a spurs side drew too much.
