Do we really believe the latest statement about Lukaku and if he advised a player we were supposedly interested in not to join us.

I'm finding it hard to believe but my biased opinion about him makes it difficult.

I don’t know anything about this Lukaku thing but I’m sure players give their opinions to other players about clubs they have previously played for all the time- I’d be surprised if they didn’t.

Isn’t playing for us this season but will still be contracted to us.

I haven’t got a clue if he was contracted to us when this event occurred but if he was, it would leave another sour taste.

I think it was Ed18 who said who would want him to play for us again.

Bill, one of the ways I think you can judge a player’s performance at any club is if he is invited back to be greeted by his old fans at half time.

Has he ever been invited back by any club he has ever played for? Maybe Everton.

He advised the player not to move too early during his career and to stay at Anderlecht to develop his game better. It wasn't a case of him not wanting a player to join Chelsea.
