LC still. lack a top quality partner at CB . Fofana not quite it I think though seemingly better than BB. Defense remains a weakness.

Thought Lavia was best player 1st half Palmer second half good all round team performance, could of been anything Spurs keeper made 2-3 top saves.

Well ladies and Gents, what to say about what we have been witnessing. The football is getting better and better. The combinations are clever, they keep the opponent guessing as to where Chelsea are going to attack from. The receiving of the ball on the half turn in tight spaces from all the midfielders is terrific and they open the pitch up so brilliantly. Really enjoying it. Stay in it till March, then discuss a top 4 finish.

London Scot, I am confident about a top 4 place now but to compete at the highest level I have not changed my opinion that there are 3 positions that need to be filled: top class keeper, experienced CB to play will Colwill and a top class striker.

Jimbo agree with the goalkeeper, we should try Jorgenson an experienced centre half would also help.
Would leave the striker at the moment we score so many goals and have strength in depth wouldn't want to upset the balance that we have.

Would agree that a really experienced top-notch CB to martial the defense alongside LC is the priority. GK also a worry and our choices tricky . though perhaps Jorgensen better than Sanchez who with ball at feet is worrying!
