The problem is that there are too many rotated players each match.
You can easy move one, maximum two players each game without disrupting the first 11.
It did not work for Claudio and it defiantly is not working for Maresca.
He is doing this to save injuries, how many blooming injuries have we had this season with his in out, in out, shake it all about rotation.
Personally I don't think he can turn this around and will be gone latest by the end of the season.

I would take Joe coles opinion over most. Again just his opinion. But at least it aligns with other professionals ie the legend that is John terry.

CFB, that’s because I acknowledge I am only guessing. It’s what’s us fans are the most of the time. EM in my opinion, has represented himself and our club in a very professional way.
Joe Cole like other pundits and fans are perfectly entitled to their opinions.
We want to see our club playing in all competitions and that amount to about 60 games a season not including internationals. Rotation is now an important part of any teams success.

Again teams manage it every season 3 games a week and as bill says swapping 1 or 2 players a game not 50% of the outfield players.

Yes it happens in every team every week. Maybe other teams haven’t got the same injuries, the same suspensions.
We have a squad. FGS use it. If you say the rotation is bad because the squad is bad that is a different argument but neither of you are saying that.

If you want to pick out pundits that have the same opinion as your agenda, that’s up to you!

The best 11 cannot be picked for every match. Like all teams we will have injuries and suspensions. Rotation is just a fact of football.

When has any of us said rotation shouldn't happen we are saying one or two a game maximum. Which is what pundits are also saying as more disrupts the flow of the team. And again its our opinion you don't need to keep fighting it.
And again we have 2 first team players injured. Both of which have played no more than about 30 competitive games for US.
Sorry I missed colwill but he hasn't been avaible all season.
He didn't have to change trev at half time. But he did. Because he wants to tinker. Trev hasn't been injured recently but bad as he'll has so why not take him off if its about managing their minutes back into games. And plenty of players play on with a yellow card. If he's bothered about him getting sent off then he should sort the discipline issues he has had all season.

He said the main reason he substituted Chalaboa was the yellow card. That seems reasonable to me.
I would not have brought on Tosin. I would have moved Josh to CH and played Gust at RB. I would have also brought on Eatavao and Santos. We all see games differently as fans but it’s the manager who makes the calls. If he gets the. Wrong and we lose he gets criticised but that doesn’t make him an “idiot” or a “clown. ”.
