Not sure you can blame the manager. Who else is he supposed to pick defensively?
The problem is defensively we are V poor.

Blame the board, spend a billion, then use basic managers, Potter, Maresca and Rosenior. This project has gone on for long enough. We need world class.

He may be out of his depth, but way too early to tell. Need a good centre half and keeper more than a named manager.
