Not a massive surprise to see us linked with Vuksovic, Spurs CB on loan at Hamburg. Very bright future, but likely one Spurs can hold onto this summer, with their current starting CBs likely to move on. He also doesn’t add the experience that we need, and £60m valuation feels a bit steep.
A recent briefing from/to Matt Law would indicate the club are looking to add experience this summer. Senesi on a free from Bournemouth would make sense, I’m also a fan of Lacroix at Palace and seem to remember us being interested in him when he was in Germany - previous ownership though.
I suspect the experience that’s suggested in Law’s report will be more EPL experience than age.
Wharton or Anderson would fit into that bracket for CM options, as would Garner, who was impressive for Everton against us. Rogers the obvious choice for the central AM role. An attacking trio of him, Palmer and Estavao, behind Joao Pedro, sounds pretty good on paper. Would UCL be pivotal in getting any of these players? Wasn’t for Cunha or Mbeumo for United this summer, who were aggressive in the market early on.
Senesi, Barco (feels a little inevitable), Wharton and Rogers would be a positive summer, no matter who’s coaching us next summer, especially with Quenda, Emegha and others already going up with the squad.

I can't see Morgan Rogers joining when we have Palmer. Barco is a done deal, apparently, and can play central midfield and left back/left wing, so I don't really see another midfielder joining. A CB to replace Fofana and pair up with Colwill will likely be the priority.

J, thanks for the information. Personally, I don't rate Wharton. As for Anderson, as I've said previously, I believe he will end up at Man U or Liverpool, whatever their problems this season, they still have ambitions on the pitch, and both might appoint proper coaches.
Greenaway, I agree, I don't see Morgan Rogers and Palmer in the same squad. As for CBs, I would get rid of most of them. We need two experienced CBs: we don't know how long it will take Colwill to get back to his best.

I personally like Rogers in off the left. I think he’s at his best when he starts there and finds the space inside. I think Palmer and Estavao are interchangeable as 10’s or RW’s, also finding space inside, and that works too. Think of the three as that Hazard, Oscar and Mata combination, all technical tens playing as an attacking three, often interchanging, behind a striker.
I like Wharton. Really good in possession, and I suppose the big question will be what he does out of possession, where the others mentioned are better.
I see Barco as a utility signing and, with Fernandez potentially off and Lavia not relied upon, wouldn’t be shocked to see him and another midfielder come in.
I have a feeling we’ll push for a young star of the World Cup, much like we did with Fernandez, whoever that might be.
